This doctor's office lied to us. They wanted to re-check a spot on my eye in six months. I stated that I would no longer have insurance coverage. The doctor told me to come back in 6 months and he would re check it for free. I double checked to make sure they would not charge me. Then a few months after the re check I get a bill for over 200 dollars. I called many times and explained this wasn't to be charged. They even tried to bill an insurance company I no longer had. Stopped in today (August 19th 2025) to have nose pads replaced on my prescription sunglasses, and to see if I wanted to have them as my vision care provider. After sitting there for about a half hour and the ladies in front started talking about what type of snacks they brought with them, I got up and informed them that I would be going somewhere else. Administratively, this place is a mess. I do not have vision insurance so when they recommended a glaucoma baseline screening I asked for a good faith estimate. I received an email stating $116 . After the appointment, they charged me $342, over double! I disputed it and they said the good faith estimate was auto-generated and didn't include all the tests.
