Clean and comfortable atmosphere and pleasant and helpful staff. Testing procedures went smoothly and I was very happy to choose a favorite style of glasses.
I thought it was a decent place until I needed to reach them to get information and then it was crickets, I sent 3 separate notifications to them but the voicemail box is full. 6 days of trying to reach them just to get info that should have been listed on my prescription. Then I tell her that we could not get ahold of them and she laughs and say, I don't know why not. Well I do know, you don't answer the phone that is why. I would strongly suggest that you go anywhere BUT here.
