I had an appointment and you’re always told to come in early. Another lady came in 20 minutes after me and they took her back first. I politely asked was there a reason she went back before me and they stated her appointment was before mines. As a person who works in Medical front offices, I feel like if you come late for your appointment then you should have to wait. That is inconsiderate of the other patients who actually came early or on time. But the doctor was very professional and nice !!!
I made an appointment online when I came in my paperwork was already printed out & ready. Staff is very welcoming, my first time ever at the eye doctor. Dr Explained everything & made me feel comfortable. No complaints I will give an update once I receive my glasses.
The whole staff at the plant City office was awesome they always helpful very courtesy for life they greeted you when you came in the door I was very pleased with the customer service and the treatment that I receive
