We’ve used the Clarkson Eye Care Snellville location in the past. It’s all went downhill since Destiny isn’t there. I kept getting notifications that I have a bill for $14. I go to my portal to pay it and it states I have NO balance. I’ve never been sent a bill yet I’m turned over to collections. I’ve tried to pay the $14 bill. No one can show me a bill. No one will let me pay it not Clarkston or the collection agency. I do not recommend Clarkston because of the poor billing practices. I give them a zero star.
I experienced wonderful service, all the staff were wonderful and caring. They took very good care of us. Thank you!
