This place is terrible. The receptionist act like she don’t wanna be there most of the time. Always has an attitude. I went for an exam in February and yet still have not received my glasses and it is about to be May. Every time I go there to go check on my glasses they always say did you get a message? Did you get a message? I told them no And a receptionist with an attitude say well you need to wait until you get that message and then you can come in and pick them up. The staff who assisted me at the office were very friendly; I have no complaints on that front. However, I wanted to request a change to my prescription; I called and sent a message, but I never received a response. The exact same thing happened the first time we tried to get in touch—even before we had booked our initial appointment. I see in the reviews that their failure to answer calls is a recurring issue, and that they haven't done anything to address this complaint. It was a lot better when I found out that my insurance they actually covered the first time I went there. The gentleman told me I didn't have an appointment And they did not take my insurance. But then they called me and said that I miss my appointment to which like I said the gentlemen , say I didn't have an appointment . But the second time I went and everyone, it was nice and friendly. Great experience with the doctors and everyone else except the front desk associates. They are more occupied on their phone than helping patients. Last I went here they did not even great us. The handed us paper work and went back to their phone.
