My experience this place was a year ago and seeing other review with the same experience was disappointing. I received multiple emails and calls reminding me of my appointment but when I arrived the doors locked and lights off. The staff never apologized amd said it was a mistake of the call center to schedule my appointment at that time. My eyesight was starting to decline and since i never had glasses before i was unsure what was going on. Jackie was an amazing help. Very professional and charismatic
The staff is always so wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in by the front desk. Melissa took her time to explain what I needed and did not get frustrated when I did not understand right away. Everytime I come here the doctor and his assistant take their time with me and make me feel important and never rushed. There is nowhere better for your eyes!
