Bad experience today! I called and scheduled this appointment for my kid a week ago, received two confirmation messages, none of them requested me to confirm. Today we showed up 15 minutes early as the message asked, were told the appointment was canceled because I didn't confirm. I showed them the message I received, they don't know what happened and nothing was done to accommodate their mistakes. Poor experience and customer service.
Great experience and very glad to have found a local professional eye care facility to pull away from the big retailer. Just felt more professional overall.
