I had a routine eye exam. It was billed under the wrong name or partner name of Clarkson Optometry Inc from Texas so insurance said it was out of network. They said they were going to rebill with correct address and name. I had multiple multiple calls with Clarkson and Blue Cross about this and Clarkson claimed it was all fixed.
