I love Dr. Smalley at the Troy, MO location but I don't think I will be returning to this location for my next appointment. The facility seems to have gone down hill in the cleanliness department. The bathroom was pretty dirty, the chair I sat on to have my eyes tested was covered in hair and the floors and carpet look so dingy and dirty. I would prefer to go to a spotless medical place.
