Hello there, My husband and I have our eye exams and buy our glasses from Crown Vision. I'm happy I had a warranty with my other glasses as they broke and could not be repaired. After ordering a new pair of glasses, I've been waiting for a call or text. They were received at Crown Vision on July 31st. We called and discovered they were in, and we picked them up today, August 11th. There were three women in the Crown Vision office. They should go over their responsibilities a little more carefully. God bless...
Not a long wait. Eye exam was quick and done in very little time. Would definitely have my eyes examined again at this location.
If I could do ZERO star review I would! I call Clarkson eye care hoping to replace them.. even if it is out of pocket.. because I am very very far sided I need my glasses for anything. They tell me on the phone "we legally cannot send you your prescription" my only option is to either wait until August 2026 for an exam my insurance will cover or pay out of pocket for a immediate exam ©. No I can't just buy a new pair of glasses either because my prescription expires after a year but I can only have one appointment every 2 ye... read more
