Had not been to this facility in approx 10 years. Dr. Idell was very thorough and professional. Wanted to give extra kudos to Izzy who explained issue with my insurance and went above and beyond to assist me. She was very knowledgeable, empathetic and professional throughout my visit. Thank you!! Would reccommend!
My eye exam started right on time. During the exam the doctor showed me my current prescription versus the updated prescription they were prescribing so I could really ‘see’ how much it had changed. They also created a rough estimate of what a middle distance prescription would be like so I could evaluate how helpful they might be. Staff was friendly, thorough and on time
Awesome place
I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days, greeted immediately, short wait to see the eye doctor, very polite staff, helped with understanding what insurance covered, helpful with picking frames. Will come back for sure.
