Great service nice and polite and on time the Waite was not long
Things seemed great, until I got to picking out and purchasing glasses. I was understanding at first because my insurances system was down. Two weeks go by (after calling twice to told the system was still down) and on my third call they claim to not have an order at all, and that I need to come back in to be remeasured. Totally unapologetic and huge attitude when I asked them just to forget about the order and take my purchase elsewhere. What a mess, I just want glasses.
