Things seemed great, until I got to picking out and purchasing glasses. I was understanding at first because my insurances system was down. Two weeks go by (after calling twice to told the system was still down) and on my third call they claim to not have an order at all, and that I need to come back in to be remeasured. I ordered contacts lenses and the staff kept being confused if I’ve ordered them or not. They said they forgot to order them and that they will order them, then I called them again and they said it doesn’t look like I’ve ordered the lenses. It’s been almost 2 months and I still have not been able to receive my contacts….very disappointed. I called them 3 times, each time I waited 20-30 min long. If I could give a 0 I would. The older lady (who I believe name was Stephanie) was very rude and condescending to me. Everything was ok until she took me into the room, while reading off the lettered lines I said “hmmm maybe a K or maybe a R” to which she replied, “I don’t need maybes which one is it?” it took my by surprise so I just sat there while she waited for me to say. I said “R” just to move on. She replied and said “well that’s wrong”. Needless to say, if this is how they are trained I will go somewhere else.
