I’m new to optometrists so I don’t have much to compare to but they run a great office. Appointments run on time and they listen to your input. Doc even gave me recommendations about some concerns I had about my kids eyes. They even reached out the week before with earlier appointment times.
The scheduler did not schedule me for an important exam that is required for the medication I take. I requested this exam three times on the call, only to arrive and I was unable to have the exam. After I informed the doctor of this mistake, I was brushed off and told I would have to be rescheduled. Complete waste of time.
