Extremely unprofessional experience at Clarkson Eyecare. I had a confirmed appointment (with email proof), arrived on time, and was told I had no appointment at all. The front desk staff refused to even look at my confirmation and offered nothing but a reschedule—no apology, no explanation. Absolutely unacceptable. This clinic needs to seriously improve its scheduling system and customer service.
Excellent service ,went to get new contacts.
The staff is fantastic, they’re quick, and they’re very polite!
The doctor and crew are awesome, friendly, and care for their patients. I’ll be going there for now on to get my eyes checked on.
