The manager at the Central West End location went above and beyond. I believe his name is John Very professional Very helpful very courteous and kind displayed amazing customer service give him a raise
Great service nice and polite and on time the Waite was not long
Things seemed great, until I got to picking out and purchasing glasses. I was understanding at first because my insurances system was down. Two weeks go by (after calling twice to told the system was still down) and on my third call they claim to not have an order at all, and that I need to come back in to be remeasured. I ordered contacts lenses and the staff kept being confused if I’ve ordered them or not. They said they forgot to order them and that they will order them, then I called them again and they said it doesn’t look like I’ve ordered the lenses. It’s been almost 2 months and I still have not been able to receive my contacts….very disappointed. I called them 3 times, each time I waited 20-30 min long.
