Process was quick, was seen by an awesome doctor, she was professional and respectful to me. I was very pleased with the representative, Katherine, she was friendly, good personality and patient. Katherine did pick out a few different frames for me and I did chose one cute pair, she picked out & thought I would like and I'm very happy that I had a great experience with Clarkson eye care. I will continue my business with them in the future.
I went here for an eye exam, glasses, and contacts. The optometrist was excellent. The optical shop was fine, although I feel like I was pressured into buying more expensive glasses than I needed. What is really frustrating is that, 3 years after moving away, I continue to receive robo-calls from them 1-2 times a week with no easy option to opt out. For this alone I would recommend going elsewhere.
My experience at the Grand location was very smooth. Customer service was great, from check-in to choosing frames. The doctor was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. From this point, I will always choose this location, infact they need train the other locations how to treat patients/customers.
