It was an easy process. The staff was nice and pleasant I was seen quickly
Appointment was scheduled for 10:20. I was told it would take 30 minutes to complete the exam. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as instructed. After sitting there for 30+ minutes, I inquired on when I would be seen. I was then told there were 2 people ahead of me. Why would you schedule people within 10 minutes of each other if each appointment takes 30 minutes? Ridiculous and unprofessional.
