My husband went in for a checkup and came home with an eye infection. When he returned the next day to tell them, he was billed $95 for an “appointment” where he received no treatment or care, and had to pay hundreds to have it treated elsewhere. And Clarkson will not refund him.
I scheduled an appointment at the Milford office. It is difficult to find, which caused me to be 12 minutes late to my appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist told me she had rescheduled me because I was over 10 minutes late. She was rude, and rescheduled me to an appointment I am unable to attend. Not to mention, the company website says they have a 15 minute late policy (not a 10 minute late policy), in which case I should have been seen.
