I have poor experiences with this store. I tried to make vision exam appointment on the portal Portal returned Dr Menzel not taking appointments from portal. Called store to see if he still worked there. Told they have new portal and they sent link to create account. Tried to create new account same username as old and returned account existed. Tried to login on portal page and returned username not found. Called store and they don't know muck. Portal not run by Clarkson. Sent request to portal company and they not reply. Af... read more
