UPDATE: my appt was 13 July. Order placed 15 July, today is 20 August, and I am being told that they finally received an update that IF my glasses pass final inspection- I should have them by next week (26 August). I guess they read my review and started calling me with updates. The voicemail states that “it’s great news” (that I may have my glasses next week)…I am over this place. I have been going to this Clarkson(Columbia, IL) for several years. The Dr. does a wonderful job, and up until this year, the staff has been great. However, this year, I am at the three week mark for my glasses not being in. At the two week mark, I tried to call, but no one picked up. I had to come in the office, and they said there was a delay.
