I would personally like to thank the entire crew at Clarkson eye care in Columbia Illinois for their assistance in my eye care needs. I called, got the option selection for my needs, left a detailed message, call back number. We'll it's been over 24 hours and not a single response. I understand people are busy, but come on nothing? Love the Columbia Illinois location. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.
I have been seeing Dr. Diehl for several years now. He and his staff are timely, professional people .
The receptionists are very friendly and nice. The exam and doctor were quick. The doctor was very professional and friendly. I ordered new glasses. The person was quick and accommodating. My only complaint was the wait to be seen (40 minutes).
