I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Clarkson Eyecare in Florissant at 230 N Hwy 67. I scheduled my appointment a month in advance for 3:30 PM. Three days before my appointment, I received a reminder text showing the correct 3:30 PM appointment time that I had originally scheduled. However, when I arrived at the office, I was told that I had missed my appointment because it was supposedly scheduled for 10:00 AM—a time I NEVER scheduled, agreed to, or confirmed. Victoria at Clarkson Eye Care was amazing! I stopped in because my lenses were scratched, and she was able to swap them out using an extra pair of lenses I had. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service!
10/10 experience Rachael was very helpful, informative, and friendly throughout the entire process. Dr. Meyer was awesome as well as very welcoming.
