I love Clarkson and Dr. Betg
Staff was very friendly and professional. Virus protocol was followed with equipment wiped down right then. They have been my eye dr of choice for about 8 years and Dr Berg and staff have always been good.
Marissa, is awesome! She is polite and very knowledgeable about eye wear. She provides me excellent service every time with a smile!😊
Everybody was great! Both my husband and I had exams and got new glasses. Doc was awesome explaining everything as we went. Trent the optician was so nice and helped us through our process.
Optometrists are always professional, but be aware the techs/opticians at this chain work on a commission model. Everything from in-office procedures to lenses they will try to upsell you. And they won’t tell you it’s an upsell when they ask if you want something done—they’ll just try to make it sound like it’s already included.
