I had three positive experiences with Clarkson and Company one I was able to call on a Sunday evening and actually get a live person to assist me. 2 His name was AB. He stayed on the phone with me and my husband At least 30 minutes while we tried to troubleshoot our AC that was not working. We appreciate his time and his patience. 3 as early as 9 AM the following morning Paul arrived and quickly assess the issue and repaired the AC unit.
