Although it was merely a visit to establish a quote for potential work, Michael was terrific. He walked through several options and provided good suggestions. As a side note, my wife was having some women over for coffee and as I was showing Michael our wonderful view, one of the women came over and said, "I know you." She then went on to say what a great company you have.
Came out the same day I called and fixed the problem quickly.
