I’ve lived in these apartments for 4 years now and it’s been great! I also have lived in other apartments as well so I do have some to compare to. There are 3 different apartment buildings, I lived specifically in the Clarksburg one located in the middle. First off about the apartment itself, it’s a 5 bedroom apartment with every bedroom having its own bathroom, walk in closet, and built in desk with a bookshelf above it. The apartments themselves are nice - very spacious and easy to keep to yourself. It's super convenient that these buildings are so close to campus! However, the landlord (Darla) is extremely slow and forgetful when it comes to taking care of the apartments. She ended up selling my contract because she forgot I told her I wanted to sign for another year. The managers never put money into these apartments - so if the fireplace is broken, you're out of luck. If something is wearing down, don't count on them putting any money in... read more
