I came in right before closing on Thursday where the truck about to go into derate, Trenton the service advisor was super helpful absolutely amazing. He got it in immediately got it diagnosed unfortunately it was too late in the day for them to work on the truck, which is no fault of their own. It was closing time. I’m blessed that they even got it in. First thing 7 o’clock in the morning rolled around Friday morning they pulled me right into the shop and got straight to work on it.
