UPDATE: The google reply here just sent me to your company phone. They had nothing to do with customer service. Clarks SUCKS now!!! I'm looking for a new pest control service...this is just some of the worst business practive I've ever seen and I used to really love Clarks! I'm so mad that they took my great company away! We had our yearly termite inspection and once the job was completed I went out and the yard was a mess. There was plastic pieces from the previous traps in my yard. The mulch was completely messed up and I understand that they have to be removed to replace the old deterrents but the yard should look the same as it did before the visit. Not happy with the service. The same thing happened last year and I tossed it up as a one time thing but I guess not.
Jimmy T came out to service our residence and did a jam up job. Very friendly and courteous, thanks!
I love the employees. All of them have been super nice, so my review is NOT a reflection on the workers!! The price of their quarterly pest control has gone up two time this year. I have shopped around and can get the same service for a better price.
