Not only do they charge $70 to come out and spend literally less than 15 minutes at your house, but heaven forbid you should run into tough times (like loose a job)... They start adding fees and then they sic their collection agency on you (oh, and charge you $25 to boot)! Personally, after they left a message saying they "wanted to work with me to get the bill paid" I told then that I would pay my bill if they would drop the late charges, and without even a response they turned me over to a collection agency. TERRIBLE company, does not honor its guarantee and tries to bill you extra after they collect the full amount. They had to come back to spray again, then sent a bill in the mail, even though they were supposed to 'guarantee' their work for 30 days. We saw bugs (spiders, crickets, cockroaches & Palmetto bugs) in the days and weeks following both 'treatments'. Whatever they used was completely ineffective and they customer service skills and 'guarantee' is completely lacking any professionalism. DO NOT USE!
