The service department and overall customer service is absolutely terrible. I have taken my BRAND NEW 2018 camper there for repairs more than I have on vacation. I will call and let them know what is wrong and it just sits there for several weeks and one time two months. I would go pick it up and they would tell me it was easy repairs. I'm left wondering why did yall have it two months if it was that easy? I get home with it and half of the stuff it still messed up. RecommendedBrought my truck and camper in today to have a weight distribution hitch installed and these guys were first class all the way. From install to price to the demo, I could not be happier. If I need work done again on my camper I will absolutely be bringing it here and never again make a trip up to Calera. If you’re looking for a local place for camper purchase/repair, these guys are top shelf!
