Stacey agreed with a contract to build a back deck for us. We paid $2,200. for labor and materials. He then asked for additional money that was not stated in the contract. He proceeded to cuss me out twice. I almost had to call 911. He scared me. He threated to file a lien against my house. He took about 1 MONTH to finish our back deck!!
