We used Clark's for a couple of years and frankly they were horrible and cost me hundreds of dollars. Buyer Beware! First issue - their pool techs are lazy and scammers. One day, I happened to be looking out the window while the pool tech came. I literally watched him walk into the pool area, fill out the blue slip, place it on the table and walk out, get into his pickup and then drive away. He did nothing. We have used Clark’s Pools for the past 6 years. When we had issues with a different brand of hardware, Jim was extremely helpful in recommending a better brand. The service that we have received from Clark’s is second to none. Highly recommend them if you are having issues.
We've owned our home for nearly 20 years. Have used 3 different pool companies. Jim Clark and his entire team are fantastic. Especially with the care of the equipment. We've had a few end of life issues (pumps, salt machines), and Dave is awesome. He explains in layman's terms what he's doing, helps you in understanding newer electronics and is a great guy. We definitely recommend them for your pool.
I’ve been a customer for about six years now, and they have never disappointed me in the service that they provide. Our technician, Candace is very friendly and professional at all times and she just absolutely makes my little dog’s day when she comes to clean the pool. whenever I have an issue, they assist promptly and give me all the information that I need.
