Scammer. Tries to play on your sympathy - he is not skilled in his trade. Messed up everything he touched in my home. Wouldn’t fix it. Changed me for services he didn’t complete. I challenged and won via my bank. He then took me to court with an attorney. I represented myself. He lost because he lies and is horrible with paperwork. His own attorney was frustrated with him.
