My family has been into boating my entire life. My father and my brother were involved in several different boating businesses. This spring my husband and I purchased a brand new pontoon from Clarke's Marine. The customer service was phenomenal, and I have dealt with many boat dealers in my life. They truly went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be return customers!!
Best customer service around! I had a water pump go out on my fishing boat on the 4th of July.Not only were they open and had the parts I needed they took the time to walk me through step by step what I needed to do. Worked perfectly! This is how you get repeat customers! Thanks a million guys!
Cory and the staff at Clark's Marine, Inc is absolutely incredible. We love our Evinrude 115, but that doesn't mean things can't happen. We were dead in the water Saturday night... Sunday evening, Cory came out to read the computer... no power to the computer... back Monday and on Wednesday morning at 7 am... up and running. A small wiring issue identified and fixed... these guys are amazing and take such great care of their customers!! Thank you Cory!!!
I don't normally do this, but when you pay for something to be done correctly because they are "trained" in a particular area/business, and when it's not...I tend to get a little pissy. So this Marina was suppose to winterize my pontoon and put MY cover on it for me. Their response in the spring "We didn't know you wanted us to cover it???" Are you kidding me? Then they said it "Your cover wasn't even in the pontoon" I blew up because they are INCOMPETENT. I lifted the seat and low and behold...there's the cover. Thanks for ... read more
They believe in doing the job right. I love the fact they have No-Ethanol fuels. Best fuels for older motors, small engines and even for my 1 ton GMC van
I have been taking my boats to Clark's Marine for years and couldn't be happier. We are on Skinner Lake in Noble County and there are several boat dealers and marinas that are much closer to us than Clark's. Even though Clark's is further away, I still ALWAYS have my boats serviced at Clark's Marine. They are very friendly and very knowledgable. I don't trust my boats to anyone else!
