gave me a quote for a new pier last November I accepted the bid its july 13 th still no pier I will never return to this business.

Had an issue come up with my Etec outboard right before a fishing trip. I had brought the same motor in a few weeks prior and it was still giving me some trouble. Bill got me in the next morning and had it back to me just over 24 hours later! They really won some customer service points with me today! A big thanks for the quick turn around and service!
The website says it’s a full service marina, but they were not at all interested in helping me with my dad’s old smoker craft or 25HP Sea Horse. Took one look at it, said “I don’t want anything to do with it” and referred me to a place in Michigan. I asked if I could buy a battery and he looked at me sideways and asked if I really wanted to hook it up to the motor.
