i ordered flowers and had them delivered.two days later they were wilted.i called to complain and the girl took my information and said a manager would call me back.i am still waiting.i just think someone should have called me back.i understand flowers are a perishable item,i would've liked to be acknowledged.on a side note does anyone else find it funny that clarks has had 8 wonderful reviews written in just 2 days! considering they had only 3 positive reviews in the past 4 years.doesn't pass the smell test to me.

Clarks did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life. I wanted a fall theme and they delivered! Everything was gorgeous, including the fresh flower they decorated my wedding cake with. The bouquets/boutennieres lasted for days (I have been in weddings done by other florists and the flowers were dying before the night was over!). I highly recommend working with Clarks. My family still goes there for all occassion.

We love Clarks House of Flowers, they have great choices of flowers, especially various color roses! Service is Fantastic, I am immediately taken care of and receive the flowers that consistently leaves my wife raving of there beauty. On at least one occasion when the bouquet was not up to par, I only needed to call and it was replaced no questions asked. EXCELLENT experience on every level! Keep up the good work!

I am a very happy Clarks customer, and I am an actual customer. I have been using this florist for quite some time, and I will not go anywhere else. The Clarks staff is always more than helpful and they go out of their way to put together some of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. 99% of the flowers I order go to my wife, and she is always more than amazed. Clarks House of Flowers is terrific. I have used them many times over the last year. Their manager debbie even coordinated flowers for my wedding in Tampa, Florida. The flowers are always beautiful and last quite a while.

Clarks House of Flowers is the best. I use them for my business as well as personal. Every time I call to order I get the best service they take the time to listen to what I want and they do the best to see that I get that. I have never had a problem. I usually deal with Debbie and her knowledge of flowers and design is outstanding. Clarks also did the flowers for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding, and once again amazing.....Debbie took the time to get us odd flowers that complimented the girls dresses and the Brides dress... read more

These people really go out of the way to be helpful. They took the time to listen to what I wanted. When I went to pick it up the arrangement it was just what they described. They even helped me to the car with the piece and it was cold and raining. Thanks and sorry u got wet!! lol
