Josh was nice, presented his 2 hr company created sales pitch. But I knew within 10 minutes I wasn't going to spend $12,000-$25,000 for 1 'leased unit' then add on unnecessary items. He (clarks) also lost my neighbors business too. My new unit is being installed by my previous HVAC guy for $5000.
Mike was here on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour.
Technician showed up on time and performed a very thorough check. They come out twice a year put in a new filter, clean the air conditioner coils for a very reasonable annual price. We like these guys a lot.
