I love this lumber yard and the quality and selection can't be beaten. However, customer service is hit or miss. Some of the people that work there are really great. Others can't seem to be bothered. My only other complaint is that there is no pricing anywhere, which then requires you to get assistance. I'm not looking for bargain basement prices. I know that quality lumber for my projects is going to cost more. But I do need to be able to get a cost for what my project is going to cost and certain staff are annoyed when you... read more
