I went there yesterday wanted to get some walnut and maple. Yes the guy was helpful but I feel I was taken advantage of. As a new guy I kinda did my homework and thinking that the language is different so I schooled myself with the terminology. So the guy asked me what was I looking for I said walnut and maple. Long story short I spent $100 for a 1x6x6walnut and a 1x6x7maple. Yeah 13 foot of lumber $7.70 per foot. I even asked I thought y’all sold 4x4 rough-sawn lumber, he said I got that too. The gentlemen at Clark's are amazing. Prices and quality are far beyond superior to other Hardwood Lumber places in Houston. Many other places have rude employees that are not willing to help. The guys were all super helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure my experience was great. if you are in the The gulf coast area looking for the best quality lumber and service that will exceed your expectations then look no further.
