First Visit - Fantastic Seafood and great service - Highly recommend, well worth the stop.
I have eaten here many times. It might've been an off night, however everybody at the table said their food was just OK. Some food was sent out cold, some food was not the right food, and the quality of the food, the taste of the food was not what it used to be. It was a celebration dinner and we all left disappointed.
Yesterday was the second time we went to, Clark's. The first time we went, our server wasn't so great, but we came back anyway because the food was yummy, atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, and interesting and unique scenery. This was such a fun dinner atmosphere and food was awesome. Peggy was a fantastic waitress and very attentive. Would recommend to anyone coming through Jacksonville!
Loved the experience all together! The waiter was knowledgable about the menu and the camel was amazing! The salad was awesome however the ribs where alright as in the sauce is the type i favor however the meat seemed a little gristly, or processed on some bites. I know not every meal will be the best, it is meat haha however the catfish my dad got the first round was fine the second was out quick and not just two/three pieces, five/six but they where undercooked and thankfully we where full already. Food was good but didn't like that I ordered appetizer and an entrée and it all came out at the same time. I had to send back my entrée and all they did was put it under a lamp because it was the exact same food and I didn't appreciate that at all ! It was not fresh because I had to send back my baked potato also because it was cold, butter didn't even melt.
We love Clark's! It's a great place to take visitors because it's so unique. I love that the kids can easily entertain themselves looking at all of the animals while we wait for food. Saw a few baby gators last time we were there and it was awesome! Such a fun place!
