I've been going to Clark's since it was a one room bait shop. I went for their prime rib tonight but was told they had 8 joans cut but were left cooking overnight even though they were closed yesterday so they were all well done. I said ok bring me stuffed flounder. It was thin strips of I assume was fish wrapped around a big blob of alleged crab stuffing which was more stuffing than anything.
