I had a terrible experience when I and my elderly mother appeared to inquire about rates. The lady who attended me showed little interest, did not provide any detailed information and left me standing at the front door, her unpleasant attitude was taken by me as if we were discriminized against since I had the feeling that she tossed the prices at me thinking that I would not be able to pay them. Had several unpleasant experiences with management. At first, we were asked for certain amount of deposit and then increased it due to credit rating. The place looks nice from the exterior but not that appealing from the interior. Be on the look out for extra charges, and when you leave the premises expect charges for cleaning $90 and another charge for touch up paint or whatever they come up with. Read the contract and ask questions before signing.From my $400 deposit, only getting a refund of $205.00.
