My wife's car has been in here for at least a month now. I understand that these repairs take time and I'm not the only customer. The aggravating part about working with this company is when I call to check the status daily there is always "It's almost done all that's left is (insert repair here), it should be ready tomorrow. " I might add none of the answers coincide with the previous answer I mean which repair will be the last repair? Am I being lied to? Are they even working on my wife's car? I have to tell everyone, that Clark’s is amazing!! So my wife and I were driving back from an event in Nashville late last night. All that to say, I had a flat tire and the lug but was stripped. Our insurance paid the towing but this morning, we were thinking of how much we were going to have to pay out of pocket.
