My experience was that he priced my house exceedingly low. We had two full price offers on the first showing. We put over 500k into an amazing mid century and we added a bedroom and pool and we priced it like we had done nothing to it. I’ve been told by my existing realtor that if a house gets full price offers on the first weekend you have listed it well below market.
