This swimming pool water company needs to replace this woman handling the calls. She is extremely rude and not professional!!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
Yes. The lady on the phone has an attitude. They refused deliver this year after I got 3 trucks last year.they want me to pay for 2 small trucks. Instead of one big truck which is all I need. Someone mentioned Derkins in Brewster. I guess I will call them. Yes Derkins is cheaper.
One star is not near low enough. We booked a water delivery for our brand new pool about a week in advance and we provided a credit card to hold. Our pool builder told us we must have water day of plaster. Clarke’s water called us the morning of 2pm scheduled delivery and said we did a drive by and we are not comfortable driving a big truck down your street.
