If I could leave zero stars I would. Green, dirty pool water delivery, rude staff. Rip off. Stay away from them. The green water is what they delivered. The blue is the original water they delivered 6months ago. Something is definitely wrong. They should be ashamed of themselves for stealing people's money.

After reading the online reviews, we were honestly hesitant to use Clarke's Pool because of the number of negative comments. However, we decided to give them a chance last year, and we're glad we did. Our experience last year was excellent, so we used them again this year—and received the same great service. The person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and we were able to get scheduled for the very next day. Woman who answered the phone was rude. Asking me what size truck I need I explained to her what size Pool I had was a quarter full. Do you think she would know her business completely not. Want to payment upfront doesn’t take American Express wouldn’t email me a quote called back and said I’ll fill the water with my hose Acted like she was doing me a favor.

This swimming pool water company needs to replace this woman handling the calls. She is extremely rude and not professional!!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
