The only reason I am giving them a 1 is there is nothing lower. They tried to rip off my 80 year old mom by wanting to charge a ridiculous amount of money for a simple repair and wanted to sell her unneeded services. This is how they treat loyal customers. The only people that are satisfied with Clarke's have never been anywhere else or have more money than they need. Do not go here!!!!!!
Friendly professional well priced service. They worked around my schedule and completed the work promptly. I called 5 shops and Clark's was the most competitively priced. I will be returning for future maintenance needs.
The only complaints are (1) ESTIMATED TIME - The estimated service time was 1 hour. The actual time was 30 minutes. This is great if I have time to hang around. However, if I needed a person to pick me up then it is not fine. As I can wait 30 minutes, but I might need a ride if the actual wait was an hour.(2) CUSTOMER SERVICE - My credit card was left there and they did not call me to let me know. I found my credit card was missing 3 hours later, so I called them. The manager said he called my number several times, however I... read more
i use my car in business and put a lot of miles on my car. had clarke's replace a head gasket and after 60,000 it is bad again. Was told warranty is over no compromises on repair would be made. They said that what i need to do is rebuild motor. being a former mechanic myself my hondas have run over 300,000 before needing a rebuild. my advise to people considering clarke's don't be fooled by their advise. Know your stuff before going here. This is advise for all car repair shops. so when it comes to Clarke's buyer beware
