In May 2024, our home was hit by a tornado. Lost power, parts of the roof - lots of damage. Very spotty cell service.The main water pipe on the side of the house was fractured by the storm so add having no water to the list of issues. That was Thursday. The next day we were able to reach Clarke Plumbing and they were able to come out in 30 minutes to fix the pipe. Water service was restored. Clarke Plumbing was extremely easy to work with. They communicated very well and let me know when they would be at my house. They were on time and very quick to resolve our issue. We asked several questions and Matthew was able to answer our questions. We've used several plumbers over the last couple of years and this is the first time I wanted to take the time to give a 5 star review. They earned it and I highly recommend Clarke Plumbing!

Our water heater went out late on a Sunday night and when we called, Clarke Plumbing took our call right away. They were very professional, very understanding of our urgency to get it fixed quickly and assured us they would be out as soon as possible. The technician on site assessed the problem, advised all steps they would be taking to fix/correct and what all needed to be replaced prior to starting any work. I highly recommend Clarke Plumbing! Matthew and his helper Jonathan arrived within two hours after I made the call. They showed me what the problem was and fixed it so easily. They were professional and very courteous.
