As a mortgage broker, I worked with this firm on the transaction side of a recent closing. Unfortunately, my experience with their paralegal, Lynn, was disappointing. Communication felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made a routine process more difficult than it needed to be. There are plenty of professionals in this industry, so I would encourage buyers and sellers to choose one who is pleasant and respectful with all parties to the transaction.
