Don'ttrustyourlawntotheseguys! I had to constantly call them back to re-treat. Often did not get my calls returned. Weeds were never under control and they kept giving excuses but advised me that I was watering properly. Fungus eventually killed a very large area and several smaller areas. Technician did not do in between checkups as I was told he would, to prevent this from happening. I contacted the management and was told that the owner would contact me on Monday. Do Not use these people! We had a terminite inspection by these people and got an all cleared. About Two months later we found out we had extensive damage. The company did not even offer to treat the terminites for less or acknowledge that it was an issue. Very disappointing and non-professional!
