The lady in charge of billing insurance is HATEFUL! You would think to work in her position, you would be kind, courteous and helpful! She’s awful!!! My insurance had an issue with our in service date of our policy and had denied the claim twice. I asked this lady to resubmit it after talking with the insurance company and she refused! My insurance company told me that it is typical practice for the billing provider to call the Provider Services department at the insurance company and get these types of things handled.
