I’m highly disappointed and frustrated with Clark & Washington. I would never recommend filing Chapter 13 with this company. Communication was terrible from the beginning. They wait until the last minute to call you about scheduled court dates or issues with your account. I missed one payment, but the payment was made on the 15th and was clearing while my attorney, Colton, was literally in court.
