I was doing sump pump connection repairs in an elevator shaft. I had emptied my pockets, because I didn't want to drop anything in the shaft when I was down there. I realized when I got to the store, I had no wallet. I explained the situation and they allowed me to get what I needed without paying, since it was near closing time. The staff is very knowledgeable and very eager to help,Mary even ordered a brand of 3mhooks for me when the So called big box store only wanted to handle three packages at a time, needed to go in there quite often to get supplies,for my job as a repair man, I am retired now and miss seeing my friends there. Thanks Mary and your great staff for all the help over the years.
