Had to wait too long, then person who went and got part, got the wrong part and it was over priced I feel.
I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire. I came in specifically for a brake inspection after being told elsewhere that I urgently needed thousands of dollars in brake and rotor work, and brake flush. The team here was professional, respectful, and transparent from start to finish. They performed a full brake inspection, measured the brake pads, showed me exactly what they were seeing, and explained everything clearly without pressure or upselling. Came and got a NC inspection, pretty standard but they messed up the paperwork and got the VIN wrong. Had to come back after failing to renew my registration. Was told I would have to come back again the next day due to the tech being gone. On my 3rd visit it took 30 minutes just for the paperwork to be redone. Likely wont be back, plenty of tire shops in shelby.
Everyone was so kind and helpful. I came in needed two new tires due to a blowout and made my day much better. Thank you!!
