Was charged double for a freakin wheel alignment and now getting the run around about my refund 👎🏽👎🏽 manager says the lady that charged me was new but they chose to leave her alone to take care of of customers!!!
Very bad service, very cheap and the attention is terrible. I have spent too much money taking my work trucks and the last few times they have given very bad service, they have charged me too much and they have not done anything that I told my friends. I will tell them not to visit places like this, especially in Shelvy, NC, next to the post office. They only steal your money.
II scheduled an online appointment for several maintenance services on my vehicle. When I arrived on time, I noticed that there was no one at the front desk. I waited patiently for 10 minutes, but when I realized that my request wasn’t being addressed, I decided to call out into the service area. Mr. Tire in Shelby is great! Jennifer and the mechanics are awesome! I've going to Mr. Tire for about 3 years~ I won't go anywhere else, for even a simple inspection. A+ in my book!
