I have used this Mr. Tire location for work on my car. After being completely dissatisfied with another Mr. Tire location. I had a road hazard claim and they happily fixed the issue unlike the other location where I was disrespected. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Service is quick and honest. Even better than the local dealership who always try to upsell services and repairs that are not necessary. Thank you Mr. Tire Shelby!

My check engine light came on and I needed a diagnostic. They kindly fit me in early the next day and charged me $140 for the diagnostic, which took an hour and I felt was a reasonable time and expense. After the diagnostic, they brought an estimate for $1700 of maintenance, including tires, fuel line cleaning, and spark plug replacement. I felt the tires were reasonably priced, but they charged over $120 for each of four spark plugs with over $60 each for installation. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. I left and the tire pressure light came on. I took it back and they put air in the tires. The car was running louder than normal. I drove it out of town for the weekend. When I got back in town I got an alert on my car that said, “oil pressure low. Turn car off. Do not drive.” When we went to check the oil, the cap was not put on. There was oil everywhere, even running down the side of my car. All the oil had came out and it was bone dry. We were traveling and had a tire come apart on the highway. Knowing we had a 5 hour trip back home, a donut was not an option. We scheduled an appointment. They did have the tire in stock, the woman that made the appointment made a special trip to go get the tire. They had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We are grateful that they understood the situation we were in and went the extra mile.
