Our upstairs was always 10 degrees hotter than downstairs. Previous companies just wanted to add bigger units. These guys did a full ductwork inspection and found multiple crushed flex ducts in the attic and a huge leak at the main plenum. Redesigned and resealed the entire system. They added two new returns upstairs and balanced the airflow. Now, the temperature difference is maybe 1 degree! Worth every penny for actual comfort.
I called to ask what is the most cost efficient was to heat my house in the winter and the person who answered the phone hung up on me.
