This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I took my friend to his appointment because he needed a ride. After being there for 2 and a half hours Dr. Tsai was completely rude and basically dehumanized my friend. Dr. Tsai is excellent at working the system to best serve himself only. He should not be a doctor in any form if he cannot have the basic human decency to treat his patient with dignity and respect. Stay far away from here.
My father's appointments are basic check ups, 10 minutes at most. He is 96 years old. We wait two hours or more nearly every time!! It's not ok!!! One more and we will start looking for another doctor!!! No magazines...no internet...they need cots to take a nap in while noting is being done for you!!!
My mom experienced an excessively long wait time of 2 hours and 30 minutes for a routine check-up. This shows that the doctor's time management skills need improvement, and it would be beneficial for him to optimize his scheduling process.
They give appointments to multiple people at the same time and you have to wait for a long time to be seen. My mum just had a regular checkup that wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes but we have been waiting for 2 hours now. That’s just ridiculous.
By far, the WORST experience we have ever had at any medical profession. Clark was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. He kept referring to my daughter as a BOY because she has short hair, despite her telling him over and over she is a GIRL. He then proceeded to ask her questions about whether she transitioned into a male or female. EXCUSE ME??? Not only is this WRONG, but extremely unprofessional and NOT OK to do.
