Ordered some seat cushions. Promised they would be ready in 4-6 weeks. After a couple of weeks they phoned to say the fabric was as discontinued so had to pick another. Our order was then lost and we had to wait 4 months! Collected the order and the covers are loose and ill fitting. Extremely disappointed with the product. Would never purchase upholstery from them again.
The staff were amazing. Polite, helpful and accurate.
Max, professional and knowledgeable, turned a negative experience into a positive, going up and beyond. Oh and product of equal quality. Definitely recommend anyone looking for foam.
