I got a 50,000 L pool from here and i have been getting free water tests, suplies and great service.
Thanks to staff at Clark Rubber Hoppers Crossing, I had a 4 meter window seat cushion made and am very pleased with their friendly service and finished product.
Staff were friendly enough. However didn't have the rubber profile I was after, and having gone to fit it up have just found out it's not long enough, by about 200mm. Very frustrating. Especially when I brought in the original piece of rubber to measure it against. I foolishly trusted the measurement would be right and didn't check while I was there.
We ordered some rubber matting, on a Sunday morning they were delivered Sunday afternoon. Amazing response! Matting is as described and expected too.
The people at this Clark Rubber understand what customer service means. I order some rubber camping mats on a Sunday, around 2pm. Went off to play golf. Around 5.30pm, my wife texted me to say the mats had been delivered- I couldn't believe it. Someone from the store, who could've let the order wait until Monday and then have it shipped in the usual way, realised that our house was on their way home and had the presence of mind and motivation to say 'That's on my way- I'll just drop it in.'
