Too right he’s a righteous, most unhelpful and angry man. We bought an above ground pool and large pump from him and it’s been running since November. The pump has just spat the dummy and we’ve tried the recommended fixes. No luck, the pump won’t hold the prime. The sign on the pump says ring this number for on site pool repairs. Ray, who answers the phone asks a few questions about the issue and when I tell him where I live. We don’t come to Wellington. Happy to pay says I.
